Kokonutz: Seriously my point was, not so much how long you wait on the phone, but isn't it funny how the wait for Customer Support is longer than the wait for Sales?

Isn't it funny how Customer Support closes, but Sales (Reservations) are open 24 hours a day?

This wasn't aimed as a criticism of Hilton, just a general observation of how "We put the customer first" activities are all a little shallow.
