My only complaint about Hilton

If they are not going to offer a toll free phone number for customer service, I don't want the automated voice message to tell me I have a 17 minute wait!

Of course, you always get a busy signal the first dozen or so times you attempt to call.

As a Gold member, I would expect a toll free number or if I'm paying for the call, an immediate response from an agent. It sounds like expansion of this department is needed...
