I swear, every time I have the ice cream on an AA flight, it comes with the fruit topping on the bottom and frozen to the bottom of the glass. What can be done about this? I know that some flights do the ice cream sundae thing where they wait until them come to you to put the toppings on, but the pre-made ice creams invariably have this problem -- an impenetrable disk of blackberry, apple, or raspberry, hard as a rock, stuck on the bottom.
