All of my stays with Hilton Intl and Conrad Intl do have 2 mineral bottles before I checkin especially in the Exective level (100% Gold upgrade in both paid and award stay), and refill everyday as long as you do drink them. Some hotels also asked me if I do want more, and of course I will take it. As for Hilton US, NO.
