As I have said on other posts, yes BA know that there are problems with fast track and it is being looked at from a senior level now. I am not going to go into specifics on a public web site, but be assured that the whole thing is being looked at and BA are not happy.
But its now been 12 F...ing Months, even a school child with basic economic knowledge would have worked out,whilst Premium Passengers or indeed any departing passenger is wasting time at security, BAA are losing Millions at the Shops, Restaurants and Bars and BA are losing Multi-Millions as Premium Passengers defect to Other Airlines and Airports.
