I went through on the 'proving' visits and told therm all this. The tray design is a joke, but actually works quite well, as the whole thing is so slow. It is unbelievable that there are no tables before and after the trays to undress/get dressed. As for taking all the stuff out beforehand, I am scared I will drop stuff and have coins, etc. rolling all over the place.

Just get a decent engineering concern in to redesign it so it works properly.

BTW, went through last Sunday, and the staff were v polite. 'Do you mind if I search you, Sir?' so maybe our feedback is getting through.
