I too am intensely frustrated by T5 Fast Track.

A major problem in my experience has been little to no enforcement of entry to the Fast Track lane.

Sometimes there are people monitoring entrance to the lane. More often than not, there is no one monitoring.

Having a monitor who really enforces entrance would be very inexpensive and would (I think) go a long way to helping address this chronic problem.

Is anyone at BA reading/listening?
