I agree in the main with previous posts. My personal view of security at T5 is as follows:

1. The tray system needs a redesign. The trays themselves are fine but the roller section needs extending so pax can be better prepared. I seem to recall GVA has a good system in place in this respect.

2. Proper enforced Fast Track, and a separate channel for families with small children/strollers and wheelchair pax, especially so the latter don't always need to be brought to the front of the queue at Fast Track, which makes it difficult for all and just slows the whole process down.

3. FCC at North Security needs sorting out as per the suggestions in another thread, with separate escalators for Fast Track pax.

I have the same dream as Frequentflyer99, which is to make senior management from BA and BAA actually experience this farcical operation.

I am waiting on a call back from BA CS on Monday to discuss this very subject which formed part of a complaint I had submitted last week.
