I flew SFO-SIN on an SQ ticket purchased on Expedia. My connection into SFO suffered an extensive delay, so I missed the SQ flight.
It took $300 in mobile charges, most of the rest of the next day--and the agony of 5 incompetent Expedia agents before I got someone who knew what she was doing--before I could be reticketed.
Everyone has different experiences. I don't use Expedia anymore.
