No other program allows this as far as I know ... I think some programs may let you redeem miles for hotel stays, but not hotel points.

As for the 2 for 1, that really doesn't mean much because in the hotel world points are not comparable. For instance, 1 Hilton point is roughly as valuable as 1 Marriott point ... 1 Hyatt Gold Passport point is roughly equal to 1 Starwood Preferred Guest Point (when comparing points for hotel stays, not airline miles), but both Hyatt and Starwood points are more valuable than Hilton or Marriott. In other words, a 1 for 1 to Hyatt or Starwood might be just as valuable as a 2 for 1 to Hilton or Marriott.
