It started as a thread about the excellent service on ELAL flights and ended up as a lesson in Kashrut...

We all fly ELAL because we like the airline and the service, there are plenty of other airlines one can fly with these days. I for one, used to fly LH/OS/LX/BA and CO and have reduced my flights with those to almost 0 since I find the service at ELAL more personal and as the slogan says Home Away From Home.
If one doesn't like the taste of the food or the level of Kashrut on ELAL don't moan about it, go fly Lufthansa or Austrian (the extreme example is on purpose) I am more than sure that they will never flip over backwards as ELAL does to accomodate the special needs and requirements the orthodox passengers have and demand.
