I've been on this survey list five or six times over the last six months. I'm impressed that Hilton cares, but I think it must be an outside firm conducting the study, as the interviewer has no idea of the topic. (Ideal from a research standpoint, but let's be real)

It aggrivates me that they do not want to log any open end comments at the close of the interview. i.e. add more television channels in the rooms!

They do seem to be unrelenting, my wife has told them several times the Hilton that I'm staying at, and they call.
