J.D. Power and associates sends me survey for the Starwood chain of hotels. I got surveys for the Sheraton Manhattan, The W, the W Tuscany (friday) and the Westin LAX.

I answer them, knowing I'm not getting any bonus points.

But I'm wondering if the hotels should give something, like 500 or 1000 pts, for your time (especially when calling during dinner!)
