I did look at WN routes (including BOS-BWI), and see L and K one-way fares that show up as refundable for around $150 (give or take).

I am not convinced these tickets are what they say they are (refundable). I called DL, who could not confirm they are refundable either... So, I may just stay away from these risky tickets and continue looking for a nice, traditional, refundable Y...
