Ive had it not lock out after many many changes, had it lock after one, had it never available in the first place, had it not available for weeks or months at a time then all the sudden the link shows up 3 months later. IMO there is no rhyme or reason to how many times or when you can change the reservation. Some will disagree but I think it is solely a hit or miss feature
