How long does it take to get a VIP Card?
To start, I like HHonors--really.
With my AC Super Elite status, Hilton offer an automatic Gold VIP status. Each year for the last three I have called the HHonors centre and requested the card and it has never arrived!
I have earned Silver on my own (hardly difficult), and even that card hasn't arrived, after a gap of several months.
Anybody else have this experience?
