I'm planning a trip in mid March to Paris.Does anyoneknow about the Noga Hilton Cannes.Isit a nice property and would it be a nice place to visit in mid March.I know it'll be on the cold side but I've been to Paris a few times and wondered if it would make a nice place to vacation? Thanks
