There is a good deal giving 10'000 EQM/RDM (on miles & more - other FFPs to ckeck) for about EUR 400 with LX:

E.g. if you want to fly MUC-ZRH-MXP and back (4 international segments), you pay 100 EUR per way for a "flat rate upgrade" on top of the economy-price. When you book on swiss.com, this offer is always shown when the J-class-inventory is >0.
The fare-restrictions for the base economy-fare apply - but you get full biz-EQM/RDM. If you are doing this as a sport, you can easyly get 40'000 miles (on M&M; = 8 inernational segments) or even more in one weekend.
