Not quite th same situation as you but I had to wait for my partner's arrival from AMS last year (I had flown in from FRA). There's a coffee place or two but not much else in the terminals (that I can recall). You can take the people mover shuttle to the rail station and walk from there to the Hilton (it has a restaurant/bar).
