Good afternoon Otto,
I am delighted to advise you that after a bit of ‘subtle’ persuasion from my part, our Marketing team has agreed to remove the PR09BB rate from the list of ineligible rates affecting this offer. What will happen is that once the internal ‘stuff’ has been updated, they will then ‘sweep’ the system to allow all stays booked on the PR09BB rate to generate the miles. As you can probably imagine, this will not happen overnight and may take a few days for the team to complete all the necessary steps, therefore, your continued patience would be very much appreciated.
Please be advised that I have taken the time to check all the other rates included in the list and I can confidently say that they are all definitely promotional or offer related rates and will therefore remain as ineligible throughout the offer, so please bear this in mind if booking further stays.
Otto, I hope this update meets with you satisfaction and once again, thanks for you feedback and persistence.
Please let me know if I can offer further help.
Thanks & regards,
Gaynor

I suggest that we keep a very close look at the rate codes when booking. It would seem that some "promotional" rates are not applicable still - but what those promotions are I don't know.
Hopefully, the majority of the 105 remaining rates are corporate/contract/reward rates and the vast majority (if not all) rates that would be "eligible stays" are eligible for this promotion.
