I had a flight credit show up in my account when there was no RR# in the record. It was a OW return home, and the "ICBM" in the confirmation Email indicates it was a new system booking. I didn't want that flight to post to my account yet.

The outbound was booked less than five hours before the return was booked, then rebooked under SODA at 12:30am 18-April. It was ticketed in the old system without an RR# and appears to have stayed in the old system when an RSA did the rebooking (no "ICBM" in the updated confirmation). The updated confirmation did not have the "ICBM" code, which could mean it stayed in the old ticketing system, or simply reflect that reservations made by phone, even in the new ticketing system, don't use the "Internet Core Booking Module." That flight has not posted.

SWAVictor, has your group built omniscience into the new ticketing system??

As far as posting credits even sooner...can you imagine the hassle of reversing all those credits during irregular ops when the aircraft returns to the gate and pax disembark!?

Addendum: it appears another improvement of the new ticketing system is that flights we book for others while logged in to our accounts show up in their travel history instead of ours.
