Thanks for the reply sunrise. Unfortunately NOT ALL your colleagues share your competence level. And I so stick with my point on the BA staff that I have experienced (especially in the F Class section).

Reason why I have to input a FFP in the first place is because of the ridiculous seating policy. However given I have attained Emerald this year already, I want to start topping up my other OW accounts (which are not elite status, so I can't use it to do the seating).

Last time I did this, your colleagues managed to stuff it up in SYD and LHR and DXB. Only in HEL (which i don't even know whether it is a BA staff or not) managed to take it out completely.

Thanks once again, at least I know what to tell them next time.

Also for the people who want to say why can't I provide a new no for them to input - because I don't have the card with me (it is currently overseas). And I do want to process it later.
