Wow.
I'm so glad I dropped my Hilton reservation at TPA. I decided to cancel after lots of faff re. breakfast being included in my rez or not - my initial booking info said yes, seemed to vanish on their IT system shortly after. unimpressed with their IT and customer service on phone - including at hotel - so went with my backup (which was excellent from initial online booking to checkout).
Hope all caught up in this mess get things sorted!
