As far as understand AA flights on AA only itineraries will now show up in MMB. If your itinerary includes a BA flight a separate PNR will be created by BA and you will be able BA flights (although sometimes Amadeus will pick up some of BA's flights as well and display them in MMB but only if at least one BA flight is present).
