I agree MisterNice, the phone charges are ridiculous. I would rather they just raise the nightly room charge by $1 than have to deal with this nonsense (and it seems to be moving beyond Hilton). I can't understand why Fairfield Inn, Holiday Inn, and many other hotels whose nightly rates are 1/2 of a typical Hilton can offer free 800 service and free local calls while Hilton needs to charge.
