Is there someone who would be willing to take some time and make some test calls for me?

I need someone to time the follwing calls.

A major calling card toll free number, like 800CALLATT. Talk for at least 35 minutes. See if you are charged for the excess minutes.

A regular toll free number, like your office, etc. Talk for at least 35 minutes. See if you are charged for the excess minutes.

0+Area Code+Number, using the hotels prefered operator service provider. Talk for at least 35 minutes. See if you are charged for the excess minutes.

I spoke with the VP of communications about this and was assured that all Hilton's did in fact charge for all of the above types of calls

In order to comply with Federal law's, they must charge for the 0+ call if they charge for the toll free calling card access. There is no possible way they can maintain a database of all carriers toll free calling card access numbers so they would have to charge for all toll free numbers in order to not inadvertantly discriminate against the major carriers by not charging for toll free access to a small carrier.

Let me know the results and I will have some fun with it!
