Sorry, but I'm afraid this was your bad. It is well known (and discussed at length) that the titanium Centurion Card tends to get stuck in card readers where the card is ingested by the machine.

One thread went on and on about card readers in a parking garage somewhere...

Using the Cent this way is like wearing your Rolex to play football and being upset when it gets damaged.

This is a flaw with the titanium card. Just use a plastic card next time.
