According to our good friend Adam Burke , all stays should be upgraded from what I understand ...

Basically I think what I do is show my card at check in and they should give me an upgraded room ...

Of course there was the discussion you can't really get upgraded to Towers at HHV because it is a seperate hotel, but even a room with a good view would be nice
