Thanks, I went ahead and joined Points.com. Amazon has a gift card option which is available in $1 increments. So, I qualify for a $91 gift card. Since I do a lot of shopping on Amazon, this is a great deal for me. I haven't actually cashed the miles in yet, but I'm seriously debating between that option and taking out the credit card. Taking the credit card would allow me to redeem for a lot of Hilton points. Since we're planning a trip to Europe next year, that's probably a better deal financially. But there appears to be no cash charge for the Amazon gift card, so that is also attractive. And, as several of you pointed out, I have some time to decide.
