We're currently on our second night of our stay, using cash and points. The hotel has a good location, and is near a number of the restaurants in our Frommer's book (we thought Lemongrass was quite good, though not that cheap). We booked a low category room, and were upgraded to a suite on the 17th floor of the Towers. The Towers lounge is phenominal. We are currently eating our dinner here, which has been one of the better meals we've had in Vietnam, based entirely on their free options. Much of the food in the lounge is cooked to order, and it's all free. It's one of the few lounges I would pay to have access too, although luckily enough it's free based on our upgrade (we are Platinum). The gym is also very well equipped, with extensive free weights. Good breakfast buffet too (with eggs and crepes made to order). My only two nits: Internet is not free in the room for Plats (some hotels it is) and the gym closes a bit early 10 PM. Other than that, it's been a great stay, and the women who staff the check-in desk on the Towers lounge have been incredibly helpful throughout our stay.
