Just to clarify, inappropriate comments are not a feature of these information lists ...as for AH or NH "Nice person" I have never seen these on a PIL, and I don't believe these codes exist ... most people I encounter are nice enough ... the worst I've seen is NSFU (not suitable for upgrade) - Rude to Staff ... judging by the many comments on this board I doubt anyone reading this need worry ... I'll just remind you that the vast majority of crew (if they even take a passing interest in the PIL) only refer to it in order to verify location of wheelchair pax etc...

Any crew commenting on upgraded pax, or even worse identifying them to other commercial pax is behaving extremely unprofessionally...
