S class is shown available in seatcouter while CX ticket office says not
Dear Fellow Flyers,
I hope some experienced flyers can shed some light on my confusion after no success in searching for similar experience in the forum.
I purchased the CX world pass last October and have one long haul round-trip to YYZ to fulfill. Due to some circumstances, I need to change the booking to sometime in July. Since the world pass books into S class, I searched sites such as seatcounter.com and they show S availability in certain dates in July. However, upon calling CX reps, they claimed all S class seats are gone in July and saw nothing left in their system. Numerous attempts to speak to different reps still ended with the same answer.
My question is, is CX looking at a different booking systems than others? Why would one system show it as available but not the other?
