Could be confusion over two popular (for some folks) cert's. One is for use when you pay for 1 night and then get the next night free (often does not allow use on Executive Floor). The other is for an upgrade when you pay for each night. I believe they also both may also have different capacity controls, but I'm not sure. You just have to watch out for the "qualifying rate" problem, which sadly tends to limit their usefulness- at least for me!
