None. A relief pilot is a fully qualified commercial pilot. He is just designated as a 'relief pilot' for that particular flight, simply because it's a longer flight. There is no such thing as someone who is a specialised relief pilot, or someone who has a RP pilot's license.

The above quoted link seems to intimate a difference. No takeoffs no landings, nothing below FL100. I may be reading the blog wrong but the author seems to say that his job is a relief pilot and he does not have a first officer rating...so therefore he is not as qualified as his two other crew members.
