Definitely sporadic. In MKE it usually works, but the more bags you have, it seems the more you're pushing your luck...2/3 will come out first with all the other priority tags, but the 3rd somehow comes at the end.

On NRT-DTW, had 3 bags with priority tags, 2 came out early on one claim, the 3rd came out later (probably middle) with regular bags on the other...game of chance.

I have seen baggage handlers unloading bags and separating the priority tags (I think here in MKE...maybe somewhere else)...makes you wonder if it doesn't slow the whole process down. Now you're first off, but all the bags come out a little later...is there a net benefit???
