It is clear from all the posts that the rate guarantee is not consistently applied.
My guess is that the higher up you are in the MC loyalty programs, the more likely you
are to have your rate matched. I see no other explination.
Dugar I'm sorry for the issues you've had - the person I spoke with didn't know me from Adam but was very confident in the answer given so I can assure you the standard is being applied equally by all agents on the LNR team, there must be another reason for the denial - unfortunately everyone is human and if a mistake was made I'm sure they'll be happy to correct it; if you'd like me to look into this issue further I'd be glad to but I will need you to PM the specifics.
