Pretty much anywhere I've ever had to pick up a bag. SFO, IAD, LAX, HNL, OGG, KOA.

Usually about 1/4 of the priority bags come out first, and the rest come out last. They seem to unload them from the plane first, which puts them at the back of the baggage trains, so they get to the belt last.
