DL's OAL award fee was charged to DL PMs even on 4/16.

For too long DL has been ignoring even advertised fee waiver benefits for DL PMs and trying to charge Platinums for fees from which Platinums are exempted according to DL's own published material.
I just called and asked again. It's actually effective 4/13 according to what she read me. For all PM/ DL Reserve Amex/ DL Plat Amex .
Now getting it refunded will be an issue probably similar to the Fuel Surcharge - probably a reticket (using your 2 allowance).
