EWR-ABE "Upgraded"?
Looking up 3160, 3162 and 3164 on flight status, it looks like these are all reporting as E145s and not the normal 'Bus'.

Have these flights really been moved to RJs or is this a "bug" like the ORD-EWR Bus flight?

If it has been moved to a rj, flight time is what? 6 minutes?
