When I called HHonors about this problem, they attributed it to the hotel billing department. The billing department never returned my phone calls. I have sent copies of folios several times and have received inconsistent results. I have also thought that someone could make a great profit by championing the missing credit dilemma. With the clout of hundreds or thousands of travelers behind him/her, the champion could affect some mighty changes in the programs. I even thought of doing it myself once or twice, but then I wouldn't have time to travel
