Terminal switches, per se, aren't so bad. The train in IAH, for example, runs every couple of minutes. Same with the train in DFW or ATL.

I think the EWR A-C shuffle is one of the very few inline connections in the country that requires a bus. It might make sense for CO to factor that in.
