Dovster, even in this situation only an LEO should be able to demand to see the form. At a security checkpoint, LEOs are the only ones with real law enforcement powers.
Anything that TSOs ask you should be construed as pure curiosity and nosiness, depending upon how it is phrased, as they have no real enforcement powers.
