It's disappointing about the service you received on board and your previous experiences in the Clubhouse. I've heard a bit about their on board service not being the greatest, but their ground services made up for it.
I'm probably being especially critical and picky...the Clubhouse really is nice and certainly better than no Clubhouse, I just suppose I don't think it's <i>that</i> amazing. But nevermind, the champagne numbs the 'pain'.
