I've always made award reservations for someone else via phone. So if you don't mind, I'd like to 'review' the steps to do this online:

~ First, log into my account, and make a reward reservation in the other person's name..?..

~ Then, while in my account, go to Rewards and redeem points to receive the rewards certificate number...?... Will there be something there to enter the other person's name, or it doesn't matter?

Thanks so much for clarifying, I don't want to do this wrong
