I do indeed think it's a nice touch too. I really appreciate the few "Welcome, Mr. Foss" that i have gotten. The one I liked the most, was the "Good day Mr. Foss, seat 3A today sir?" . Almost sounded like I flew with him (or BA in general) really often, which I not really do.. We (and the captain as well) even had the same first name .

I do not however, consider my last name a "difficult" one, although I'm not sure how common it is outside Norway..
