For departing passengers, there are three cabanas in the Concorde Room, only accessible to First passengers. There is an Elemis Travel Spa for First and Club World passengers between the Concorde Room and Galleries First, together with showers (showers are available to First/Club World/Club Europe/Golds/Silvers).

For arriving passengers, there are 'infinity bathrooms' in Galleries Arrivals, with priority given to First passengers. Most people have had little luck getting the staff to open one. There is an Elemis Travel Spa and showers for all lounge-eligible passengers in Galleries Arrivals (First/Club World/longhaul Golds).
