Hardly. DL has not [yet] filed for bankruptcy, and appears to have a strong market position. FFers may disagree with certain program enhancements, but the analysis was undoubtedly made that these will arguably enhance the bottom line (at least in some views of the world). Moreover, the business of a start-up carrier is very different than a legacy carrier: for example, it will not have a history of high labor costs, established maintenance bases and call centers in high-cost areas, airplane and gate leases concluded when the industry was in better financial conditions, etc.
