Emailing avis = huge waste of time
They have no sense of care or urgency at all and could care less what you have to say. When they do respond they dont read the email or look into matters. They just send back lame vague answers.
my past reservations wont even show up and they are too lazy to look as to why not
All they say in emails is "Be advised, you have to use your preferred number when making the reservations"
