There's an
article in Time's Travel section on the rapid decline of Parsi restaurants in Mumbai and, by extension, probably globally. Thanks to a remarkable population implosion, Mumbai's Parsi community is contracting by 10% per decade.
I've had only very limited exposure to Parsi cuisine and would really like to correct that. India is not on my travel plans in the near future however, so something closer to home will have to do.
For those fans who read this thread, do you have any recipes you'd like to share or recommendations for Parsi restaurants in the United States?
