Hi ML,
It's totally doable, but it takes some walking. According to the AF website, you will arrive at Terminal 2E, and will depart from 2D. Luggage should make it too.
This means going through Immigration in 2E, and then either taking the shuttle bus outside (which goes 2E -> 2F -> 2D) or walking. It's probably a 10-15 minutes walk. Being in C, you get to use the "Acces no 1" priority lane for immigration (if open or organized). At 2D, there is a ticket/boarding pass check before you can get in to the terminal and through security. (If you plan to use the lounge, beware, it's outside of security.)
It's not a connection I would book if I can avoid it (since I like to have 2 hours at least at CDG), but, you don't always have options.
Cheers,
GenevaFlyer
